Batakundi

Batakundi is a high summer settlement past Naran on the road to Lulusar Lake and Babusar Top. Meadows, the Kunhar headwaters, and wide valley views make it the first named stop on day 2 of the Skardu-by-road itinerary.

Standard, Deluxe, and Luxury quotes all list Batakundi before Lulusar and Babusar. Travel time Naran–Skardu is a long mountain day (often 8–12 hours); this is a short photography and stretch break, not an overnight.
