By using our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking, or purchasing any service from Pakistan Travel Guide, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Our Services
Pakistan Travel Guide provides travel and tourism services in Pakistan, including:
- Domestic tour packages
- Private and group tours
- Transportation services
- Hotel and accommodation arrangements
- Sightseeing and excursions
- Honeymoon and family tours
- Adventure and leisure tours
- Customized itineraries
- Travel planning and related services
The exact services included in each booking are determined by the applicable quotation, itinerary, package description, invoice, or booking confirmation.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A tour inquiry or quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking becomes confirmed only after:
- The customer accepts the applicable quotation or package;
- The required advance payment has been received and verified; and
- Pakistan Travel Guide issues a booking confirmation or otherwise confirms the booking.
Availability of hotels, vehicles, activities, and other travel services is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Prices and availability may change before a booking is confirmed.
3. Quotations and Prices
Prices provided by PTG are based on the services and requirements specified in the quotation.
Unless specifically stated, a package price may not include:
- Meals
- Entry tickets
- Adventure or recreational activities
- Chairlift or cable-car tickets
- Personal expenses
- Travel insurance
- Airfare
- Additional transportation outside the agreed itinerary
- Expenses resulting from delays, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances
Any inclusion or exclusion specifically mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation will take precedence.
4. Payments
Customers are required to make payments according to the payment schedule communicated by PTG.
A booking may require an advance payment or full payment before the commencement of travel.
Payment is considered received only after successful verification.
Customers should retain payment receipts, transaction references, or other proof of payment until the completion of the tour.
PTG may cancel or release a reservation if the required payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
5. Booking Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Full names
- Contact numbers
- Travel dates
- Number of passengers
- CNIC/passport details where required
- Hotel requirements
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Special requirements
PTG is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
6. Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and the category specified in the booking.
Hotel room photographs, descriptions, facilities, views, and other information displayed on our website may be provided by hotels or third-party sources and may vary from the actual room allocated.
Hotels may impose their own policies regarding:
- Check-in and check-out
- Identification documents
- Security deposits
- Extra beds
- Children
- Room upgrades
- Damage charges
- Additional services
Such policies remain the responsibility of the respective hotel.
If the booked hotel becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond PTG's reasonable control, we may arrange alternative accommodation of a comparable category where reasonably possible.
7. Transportation
Transportation services are provided according to the vehicle type and itinerary specified in the booking.
Vehicle images displayed on our website may be representative and may not necessarily depict the exact vehicle assigned.
Vehicle availability may require substitution with another vehicle of a similar category.
Drivers are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and following applicable traffic regulations.
Customers are required to follow reasonable instructions from drivers and staff concerning vehicle safety.
8. Itinerary and Sightseeing
Tour itineraries are planned according to normal road, weather, operational, and travel conditions.
The sequence of sightseeing activities may be changed when reasonably necessary due to:
- Weather
- Road conditions
- Traffic
- Road closures
- Landslides
- Government restrictions
- Local conditions
- Safety concerns
- Hotel or attraction availability
- Other circumstances beyond PTG's reasonable control
Such changes do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund where PTG has made reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.
9. Weather, Road Conditions and Natural Events
Pakistan contains mountainous and remote destinations where weather and road conditions can change rapidly.
Heavy rain, snowfall, landslides, floods, earthquakes, avalanches, road closures, political or administrative restrictions, and other natural or external events may affect travel.
PTG will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and modify arrangements where possible.
Additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond PTG's reasonable control may be payable by the customer where applicable.
10. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges depend on the booking, supplier policies, hotel policies, transportation arrangements, and time remaining before departure.
Where a booking is cancelled by the customer, amounts already paid may be subject to deductions for:
- Hotel cancellation charges
- Transportation cancellation charges
- Supplier charges
- Non-refundable reservations
- Payment processing charges
- Administrative or other applicable costs
The applicable cancellation and refund terms may be communicated at the time of booking.
Certain services may be completely non-refundable after confirmation.
11. Cancellation or Modification by PTG
PTG reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a tour where circumstances make the original arrangement impractical or unsafe.
This may include circumstances involving:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Road closures
- Government restrictions
- Security conditions
- Supplier failure
- Vehicle availability
- Hotel availability
- Other circumstances beyond PTG's reasonable control
Where PTG cancels a booking for reasons within its reasonable control, we will communicate the available options to the customer in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
12. Force Majeure
PTG shall not be considered liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Landslides
- Earthquakes
- Severe weather
- War or civil unrest
- Government actions or restrictions
- Road closures
- Strikes
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Transportation disruptions
- Power or telecommunications failures
- Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
- Other unforeseeable events
Where possible, PTG will assist customers in making alternative arrangements.
13. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward:
- PTG employees
- Drivers
- Guides
- Hotel staff
- Local communities
- Other travelers
- Property and facilities
PTG may terminate services without refund where a customer's behavior creates a serious safety risk, causes significant damage, involves illegal activity, harassment, violence, or substantially disrupts the tour.
Any resulting costs or damages may be charged to the responsible customer.
14. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, luggage, documents, electronic devices, and other possessions.
PTG, its employees, drivers, guides, and suppliers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should take reasonable precautions and avoid leaving valuables unattended.
15. Health, Fitness and Travel Requirements
Customers are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in their selected travel activities.
Some destinations and activities may involve:
- Long-distance travel
- Mountain roads
- Walking or hiking
- High altitude
- Cold or hot weather
- Uneven terrain
- Limited medical facilities
Customers should obtain appropriate professional medical advice where necessary before undertaking activities that may pose particular risks.
Customers are responsible for carrying any required medication and informing PTG of relevant travel requirements where necessary for service arrangements.
16. Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any documents required for their journey.
For international travelers, this may include:
- Passport
- Visa
- Travel insurance
- Airline documents
- Required permits
- Other immigration or travel documents
PTG may assist with travel planning but does not guarantee visa approval, immigration clearance, or entry into any destination.
17. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended for travelers, particularly for tours involving remote areas, adventure activities, flights, or significant travel distances.
Unless explicitly stated in a booking, travel insurance is not included in PTG tour packages.
18. Third-Party Suppliers
Some services are provided by independent third parties, including hotels, airlines, transportation operators, restaurants, guides, activity providers, and other suppliers.
PTG may coordinate these services on behalf of customers.
Where a service is provided directly by a third-party supplier, that supplier may have additional terms, conditions, restrictions, and cancellation policies.
19. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date.
However, prices, hotel availability, routes, travel times, facilities, photographs, attraction schedules, and other information may change.
Website information is provided for general guidance and does not override the terms of a confirmed quotation or booking.
20. Photographs and Promotional Content
Customers may appear in photographs or videos taken during PTG tours, events, or activities.
Where permitted by applicable law, PTG may use such content for legitimate promotional purposes, including our website and social media channels.
Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional content may inform PTG in advance or contact us regarding a specific image or video.
21. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pakistan Travel Guide website, including:
- Logos
- Branding
- Text
- Photographs
- Videos
- Graphics
- Tour descriptions
- Designs
- Website layout
is owned by PTG or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
22. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that PTG endorses or controls those websites.
PTG is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or policies of third-party websites.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PTG shall not be responsible for losses, delays, expenses, injuries, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.

24. Complaints
Customers are encouraged to report any service issue to PTG as soon as reasonably possible while the issue is occurring.
Prompt notification allows PTG the opportunity to investigate and, where possible, resolve the matter during the tour.
Complaints should be submitted through our official communication channels.
25. Fraud and Unauthorized Bookings
Customers should make bookings and payments only through official Pakistan Travel Guide communication channels and payment methods.
PTG is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, unofficial accounts, fraudulent websites, or persons falsely claiming to represent PTG.
If you are unsure whether a payment request or booking communication is genuine, contact PTG directly using the contact information published on our official website.
26. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.
27. Changes to These Terms
PTG may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable effective date.
